“In Stock” items are generally shipped within 3 business days after the purchase date. Brilliant Treasure will email tracking information once the order is shipped.
Shipping is on us for all orders.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand how important it is to love what you purchase! Unfortunately we do not offer returns. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to exchange it. Items must meet the following requirements:
-The jewelry must be unworn.
-The original tag needs to be attached.
For returns, please contact us within 30 days of package receipt and Brilliant Treasure will email the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for the return/exchange. (We cannot accept returns/exchanges without RMA)

-All shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. (unless the order was damaged, then the customer will be refunded shipping costs)
-Brilliant Treasure inspects all merchandise for defects, damage, and discoloration prior to shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately about any imperfections.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will promptly cancel and refund payment on our best efforts.
