SHIPPING
“In Stock” items are generally shipped within three business days after the purchase date. Luxe Treasure will email the tracking information once the order is shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We understand how important it is to love what you purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to exchange it. Items must meet the following requirements:
-The jewelry must be unworn.
-The original tag needs to be attached.
For returns, please contact us within 30 days of package receipt and Luxe Treasure will email the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for the return/exchange. (We cannot accept returns/exchanges without RMA)

-All shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
-Luxe Treasure inspects all merchandise for any defects and damage prior to shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately about any possible imperfections.
IN-STORE PICK-UP
We offer in-store pick-up option for select items. When the order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick-up. We are only authorized to allow the person who placed the order to collect the item in-store.
For security, please present the following when picking up in store:
-Your order confirmation email
-Photo ID
-Credit card used to place the order
